What Comes with a Booth

  • Credit Cards via our secure Exhibitor Portal. A company password is required.
  • Checks:
    • Make checks payable to:
      International Association of Fire Chiefs
      Lockbox #791544, PO Box 791544
      Baltimore, MD 21279-1544
    • All checks must be in US dollars and drawn on US banks.
    • Note booth number on all checks.
    • IEEE Federal Tax ID Number: #13-1846552
  • Wire Transfers:
    • Email Exhibits@IAFC.org requesting wire transfer instructions.
    • Upon receipt, IAFC Exhibits will send an email response with wire transfer instructions.

Exhibitors may not occupy assigned space until all monies due to the IAFC are paid-in-full.

  • On or before March 10, 2025:
    • 50% deposit due with Exhibitor Agreement
    • Final 50% is due March 10, 2025
  • On or after March 10, 2025 full payment due with booth reservation
  • A late fee of $200 may be added to any balance more than 30 days past due.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to Exhibits@iafc.org.
  • On or before March 10, 2025:
    • 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • If payment has not been received, 50% of the total amount is due.
  • After March 10, 2025:
    • No refund will be made for cancellation.
    • If payment has not been received, 100% of the total amount is due.
