Tabletop Booth Rates
What Comes with a Booth
- 2 Registrations per tabletop exhibit.
- Company information included on conference website and mobile app.
- Company profile and description, logo, social media information, contact information.
- Attendee "preview list". This list includes Title/Rank, State, and Size of population served. Exhibitors may purchase the attendee list with contact information, including email addresses, for attendees that "opt-in" through their exhibitor portal.
- Booth Package per exhibitor:
- One 6' draped table
- Two side chairs
- One wastebasket
- 1 Electrical outlet
- Ballroom is carpeted
- Exhibitor booth liability insurance via Rainprotection.
- Credit Cards via our secure Exhibitor Portal. A company password is required.
- Checks:
- Make checks payable to:

- All checks must be in US dollars and drawn on US banks.
- Note booth number on all checks.
- IEEE Federal Tax ID Number: #13-1846552
- Wire Transfers:
- Email Exhibits@IAFC.org requesting wire transfer instructions.
- Upon receipt, IAFC Exhibits will send an email response with wire transfer instructions.
Exhibitors may not occupy assigned space until all monies due to the IAFC are paid-in-full.
- On or before March 10, 2025:
- 50% deposit due with Exhibitor Agreement
- Final 50% is due March 10, 2025
- On or after March 10, 2025 full payment due with booth reservation
- A late fee of $200 may be added to any balance more than 30 days past due.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to Exhibits@iafc.org.
- On or before March 10, 2025:
- 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- If payment has not been received, 50% of the total amount is due.
- After March 10, 2025:
- No refund will be made for cancellation.
- If payment has not been received, 100% of the total amount is due.
